“It was a very fun and nice time. It started out slow with lessons for absolute beginners. Then we transitioned to another venue with many more locals who dance at a high level, mainly salsa and bachata. If not super comfortable with dancing with those at a higher level, it’s okay to end your night at the lessons, or you can continue to the next venue to watch and learn. If you have a higher level you can hop in with whoever! It’s cool because you stay as long as you want. Lessons are great for meeting international people, the next venue(s) great for meeting locals.”

“Fantastic introduction to the city. The guides were enthusiastic and fun. I had a fantastic night discovering the city and some bars before settling in a salsa dance club where the guides patiently taught me the moves. I didnt dance well but but i had alot of fun, the guides set me me up with dance partners in an attempt to help me get out of my comfort zone but i ended up dancing with the guides most of the night because that was comfortable for me. They also stayed with me until the end to ensure i got home safe. Truly excellent night.”

I booked and paid, but they didn’t actually have a crawl the date I booked and paid for so they moved me/ 2. They sent a long message about how formal and strict the dress code is. 3. I arrive after waiting 2 days to a hostel and everyone is in tshirt and shorts while I’m in heels and a dress. 4. First, we met at the hostel where everyone was charged half the price we paid. We understand we booked through a third party website, as to why it would be more expensive, but the tour still did not go to plan. We did not visit any of the bars / clubs that were listed on the itinerary, and some of those places listed where the reason why we booked this bar crawl to begin with.
